1342 N. Main - Lt. Industrial, Flex, Maker Space

I really like these spaces down on N. Main between N. Main and Railroad tracks. It’s kind of not known and it should be. Great for architects that also make. Small Manufacturers/Makers, office users, artists, etc. The landlord is super cool and a contractor and can build the space out for you. There are five buildings and suites between 1000 SF up to ~3000 SF. Only catch is not a lot of parking and shared bathroom w/ no hope to bring more water. Let us know if you want to tour the space.
